Booking Terms & Conditions
To book please use the booking form that is available on the course page that you would like to attend, it can be returned to us either by post or (if you require invoicing) by email.
Important note: There is no charge to attend Drugtrain's Alcohol Awareness & Brief Interventions training in Doncaster. However, due to recent non attendance we are having to implement a cancellation fee of £40 + vat. This will apply if we have not been advised of cancellations at least 5 working days before the training event.
You will receive confirmation of your bookng within 7 days of submitting your booking form, please contact us on 01226 738 321 if you do not receive confirmation. Further details regarding the course will be sent to you 7 days before the start of the course, again if you do not recieve this information please contact us.
Cancellations policy:
- If we have not been advised of cancellation at least 5 working days before the training event, we will charge a £40 + vat cancellation fee.
Transfering places: One participant can be substituted for another at any time prior to the start of the course and no additional fee will be charged, please ensure you provide us with updated details such as, special needs and a name for the certificate.
We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In these circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and given the option to transfer to another course or a full refund of any fees already paid.
