The DrugTrain team are a supportive bunch. We have to be because this sector is tough and we work very, very hard. But the rewards are brilliant - there is the usual stuff like good pay and excellent conditions but what really makes this place stand out is that we are a close and motivated team.
That might not seem important but when you're working long hours, running five courses on the trot or wrestling with the best way to get something across in training, it is vital to know you are being backed up by people who feel as passionately about your work as you do.
