Customised to Reflect Local Demographics

Drugtrain always include a clear local element in our bespoke training courses. We are experienced at researching local trends and statistics and using the information to design upto-the-minute training courses that are locally relevant to your organisation and ones which the learners can identify with. We use a range of sources for our background research, including local needs assessments and strategic plans, local statistics from LAPE and Public Health Observatories and intelligence from internet research on local head shops etc.

Customers find added value in this approach as it makes the training real for participants and ensures good transference of learning in the workplace.

Beyond Training

After successful completion of the course, each learner will receive a certificate of attendance, and unlimited exclusive access to the Drugtrain Learner Resource Portal, where they will be able to gain access to lots of information and resources relevant to the training they have attended. From here, documents are fully downloadable for staff to use in their daily practice.

Evaluation Report

We provide you, the purchaser, with a brief evaluation report after the event. This includes information on attendance, an analysis of change in competencies due to the training and a graphical and text summary of feedback from participants. This is usually emailed within 2 weeks of the course date.

Customer Care

Drugtrain have a customer focused team who will help take care of all your requirements and will be in contact with you at intervals prior to the training, and after the training has been completed, you will also receive either a call or email from the team to see how things have gone from your point of view.
