The Open Course programme has been designed in such a way that you don't have to travel great distances to recieve great drug & alcohol training. Open Courses are available to all, so if you simply want to learn more about drugs and alcohol, or if you are already working in the substance use field and need to update or refresh your knowledge and skills, then you should find a course to suite your needs. If you can't find the course you're looking for, just ask!

General Open Course Information
Every learmer will receive an easy to use CD Rom resource pack and a certificate showing DANOS mapping at the end of day. The CD Rom has replaced the majority of the paper hand outs, although some paper work on the day is still required. The information on the CD Rom can be uploaded onto your own computer and there you have your own electronic library of information and resources related to the course you attend.
All courses start at 10am and finish at 4pm
There are refreshment breaks throughout the training and also a buffet style lunch will be provided. Please advise us if you have any dietary requirements.
