Booking Terms & Conditions

To book please use the booking form that is available on the course page that you would like to attend, it can be returned to us either by post or (if you require invoicing) by email.

Payment should be made at least two weeks prior to the event. Payment may be by cheque or against an invoice.

We are unable to invoice customers who are not funded by an organisation. Self-funding customers are required to supply payment along with their booking form.

Cheques for the full amount (including VAT) should be made payable to DrugTrain and be sent with your booking form to:

You will receive confirmation of your bookng within 7 days of submitting your booking form, please contact us on 01226 738 321 if you do not receive confirmation. Further details regarding the course will be sent to you 7 days before the start of the course, again if you do not recieve this information please contact us.

Cancellations policy:

Transfering places: One participant can be substituted for another at any time prior to the start of the course and no additional fee will be charged, please ensure you provide us with updated details such as, special needs and a name for the certificate.

We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In these circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and given the option to transfer to another course or a full refund of any fees already paid.
